A delightful cool climate shiraz exhibiting the attractive lifted fruit aroma so typical of the Tumbarumba region. It is an excellent wine with a fine balance of intense varietal flavours; dark chocolate, orange zest and creamy vanllin oak. It is great drinking now, yet has magnificent palate weight, suggesting that it will age for many years to come. Winemaker: Andrew Birks
