Originally from the island of Madeira, this grape variety performs extremely well in New South Wales. This delicate wine shows complex melon and nutmeg characters. It is fresh, well balanced with a clean flavoursome finish. It also shows complexity and is made in the smooth ‘easy to drink’ style so typical of the variety.
