This wine was made to demonstrate the exceptional quality of premium fruit from the cool Tumbarumba appellation. Made in a dry “Chablis” style it is fruit driven, supported by subtle French oak and partial malolactic fermentation to fill the palate. Smooth peaches and cream flavours are highlighted by a fresh, crisp and lingering finish.
