This 100% shiraz was made from fruit grown on the Paterson family’s vineyard near Gundagai. The grapes were handpicked in mid March, de-stemmed, crushed and fermented in an open tank. The wine was matured in French and American oak barrels for approximately one year before bottling. The wine exhibits a very long, fruity palate and spicy, vanilla bouquet.
