This blend of Cabernet Merlot is produced from premium grapes grown in the Canberra wine region. This wine is made from 51% Cabernet Sauvignon and 49% Merlot. The black currants flavours in the Cabernet Sauvignon are finely balanced with the aromatics and plum flavours of the Merlot resulting in a wine that is ideal with food, especially with meat and pasta dishes. The palate is full bodied, generous in length and flavoured with smooth tannins and lingering finish.
