The White Rocks is a single vineyard Riesling grown on the sandy gravelly soils of the old Lake George shore line. With no irrigation the vines reach deep, sourcing moisture at there own will. Low crops deliver intense concentration and fruit power.
The 2016 was hand picked and gently whole bunch pressed for many hours. The aromatics show intense lemon pith and white flowers – the lively palette shows lime, lemon and spice with hints of crushed apple. Mouth watering laser like acidity will ensure this wine will live for many years.
