Produced from organically grown Shiraz grapes.
Red fruit nose, with blackcurrant and spice. Palate is medium bodied with a great balance between fruit and older French oak. Generous fruit and spice are accompanied by cherries, cinnamon and, as always from this vineyard, a hint of eucalypt that keeps the palate long and fresh.
Minimal amounts of Preservative 220ææ added (less than 70 ppm).
