This Shiraz is made from grapes selected from five vineyards in the Hilltops District around Young on the South Western slopes of New South Wales.
2015 is a great vintage. There was plenty of rain in early summer, setting the perfect stage for the brilliant warm and dry late summer and autumn that followed.
Rich, deep, dark fruit. Pitch-perfect tannins. Drink now or cellar for up to 20 years.
