This limited release “Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon is handpicked from our 1990 Block of Cabernet Sauvignon on our Grove Estate Vineyard in the Hilltops region. Fermented and then aged in new and seasoned French oak for 24 months,the wine is a truly great example of cool climate Cabernet. Lovely smooth fine tannins with hints of chocolate and eucalypt flavours.
Drink now in moderation or cellar for many years enjoyment in the future.
