The “Think Outside the Circle” 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon was picked at our Bit O Heaven Vineyard that is situated on theæ Southern Side of Young near the Village of Wombat. The North Easterly vineyard aspect, an altitude of around 2000 feet and, very rich deep red soil is conducive to vibrant well balanced aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon. “Charlies” block is non irrigated and this together with the grapes from the “Cattle Yard” block have produced this rich yet elegant wine. The wine has hints of cherries and blackberries and as always from the Hilltops a slight Eucalyptus aroma. Enjoy.æ
