The grapes for this pinot noir were grown for us on Maragle Creek Vineyard in the cool climate Tumbarumba Region of Southern New South Wales.æ Fermented then matured in French oak barriques and kept on fine lees for tweve months.
This wine exhibits plum and cherry aromas and flavours with a soft, spicy and fruity palate. Compliment with red meat, poultry, gamey meats and cheeses.
