The Seedling Shiraz is sourced from a single vineyard in Gundagai on rich, red iron stone soils.æ The vineyard sits at an altidue of 350 meters above sea level and delivers highly perfumed , structured Shiraz.æ The fruit was matured in both 500 litre old French oak and displays lifted fruits and silky tannins.
