The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon was made from fruit sourced from the Long Rail Gully Vineyards in the Murrumbateman area. This Cabernet reflects the long slow ripening of the grapes.æ It shows complex fruit of dark berries and blackcurrant combined with subtle oak interration.æ Drink now or be rewarded with careful cellaring.
