Made from fruit grown on the Paterson family’s vineyard near Gundagai, NSW.
This 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon wasææmatured for approximately 12 months in oak barrels before bottling.
The wine exhibits a lifted bouquet and a palate of dark berries supported by fine tannins.
The wine is drinking well now and will age well over the next 10 years.
