The 2016 Rose’ was made with fruit sourced from the Long Rail Gully vineyards in the Murrumbateman area.
It is a racy wine with a fresh bouquet of rose petals and strawberries. A juicy palate with a hint of Shiraz spice leads to a crisp refreshing finish.
2016 was a great year for grape growing, producing great varietal wines.
A portion of Shiraz fruit was handpicked early and slowly cool fermented to retain fruit aroma and character.
The palate is fresh and crisp, well balanced and not too sweet. It has you looking for another glass.
The Rosí© is drinking very well now and will age nicely for a few years to come if you can resist it that long.
