Tempranillo is one of the great red grapes of the world. Producing some of Spain’s best wines, the grape can be make a range of styles.
Quarry Hill 2015 Tempranilloæis a bright vibrant Tempranillo, enhanced with the addition of a little Grenache. Aromas of dark cherries and red fruit carry through to the palate and are balanced with good acid and fine tannins.
The fruit was handpicked from the granite, quartz and limestone slopes of the Quarry Hill vineyard in the Canberra cool climate district.
Try with grilled dishes, roast pork or game meats.
Drink to 2017.
